TRENDSI Returns /  Pre-Order Items

(items that take longer to handle and ship)

We have 7 days to return of your unused and undamaged items.  Your item must be unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a return. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required. The buyer is responsible for paying the shipping fees for returned merchandise.  

In the event that the item was incorrect, as stated on the website, or if the wrong item was shipped, Felicity will pay the return shipping costs and will issue a full refund or If the customer agrees, we will send a replacement.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

After receiving and reviewing your return, we'll inform you of whether or not you're eligible for a full or partial refund. Your original payment method will be automatically refunded if accepted.

Please keep in mind that your bank or credit card provider may need some time to process and deposit the refund.
