ISEHAN - Kiss Me Heroine Make Sharp Gel Liner (01) Black is a 1.55 mm tip eye liner that glides smoothly on application and is tear-proof, sweat-proof, and boasts water-resistance. Featuring an ultra-fine 1.5 gel core, it is easy to use and enriched with hyaluronic acid, collagen, panthenol, and chamomile extract, resulting in a cruelty-free, dye-free product.

This gel-based eyeliner features a 1.5mm core which facilitates strong adherence to the lid that lasts throughout the day.

How to Use: Draw to fill in the eyelash gap or as needed for styling. Tightly close the cap to prevent the core from drying.
